1. Course Purchases and Access
All courses offered by Next Level Minds are available for purchase as a one-time payment, granting
you access to the complete course materials.
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course content on the Next Level
Minds platform.
Refund Eligibility
Before Course Access:
A full refund will be issued if you request a cancellation before you have accessed any course
materials within the Next Level Minds platform. This means prior to logging into the course and
viewing any lessons.
After Significant Course Access:
No refunds will be granted once you have accessed the course content or have completed the course.
This is due to the nature of digital educational materials, which are consumed upon access.
Technical Issues:
If you encounter persistent technical issues on the Next Level Minds platform that prevent you from
accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, a full or
partial refund may be issued.
The technical issue must be reported with appropriate documentation.
Course Content Changes:
Minor updates to course content by Next Level Minds will not result in refunds. If the course content
is drastically altered to the point that it does not resemble the orginal course description, refunds will
be considered on a case by case basis.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business
days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Any downloadable resources, such as e-books, templates, code samples, or software, are non-refundable
once downloaded from the Next Level Minds platform.
Any live sessions, or one on one time with instructors or teaching assistants provided by Next Level
Minds is non refundable.
